1 ) Request :
– You send your request to my facebook page. (contact@bakkacosplay.com only with consent!)
– You send ALL information of the check-list for a non-binding calculation
– I calculate your personnel estimate of costs for 37€. These will be refunded to you as soon as the commission starts
. Calcuations take time. Please be aware of your budget and wishes. Small budget & many options don’t add up. ; )
2) Start :
– The commission starts as soon as the (pre-)payment arrived, see conditions
– I order the materials and begin to work
– The planning of the work schedules to meet the deadlines is done internally, therefore, wsking for news isn’t necessary
3 ) Working :
– Regular updates inform you about the current status of your commission through photos and videos
– Your approval of every step is final, see conditions. Corrections due to changes on your side, might cause additionnal costs
4 ) Finish :
– You confirm the finished work or ask for final corrections. See conditions
– After the complete payment, the piece of work will be brought to an event or shipped to you, tracked and insured
